Product design & engineering

Designers worldwide now visualise, analyse and finalise concepts in 3D tools like Catia, UG-NX and Creo. Good product design optimises that workflow — lifting productivity, design quality and communication, while shaping a process built for manufacture.

Rheomold supports clients across that iterative design process with a consistent, process-driven approach. FEA and manufacturing simulation help flag issues early, so rework is avoided and time-to-market comes down.

Our in-house talent brings fresh ideas to every product — capturing customer needs, applying gateways and VA/VE practices, then carrying best-practice CAE into the manufacturing process that follows.

Conceptualization & packaging

Conceptualisation is where designers propose distinct directions for a product, refined with the client until a design is chosen that balances aesthetics with function.

Rheomold offers strong in-house support for packaging design — fitting a product precisely into an existing or new environment. Every design is validated through manufacturing simulation, with tolerance, stack-up and GD&T reviewed carefully during the engineering phase.

Our designers follow customer standards through to tool release, delivering 3D CAD, 2D drawings, assembly drawings and a bill of material.
