CAE / CFD Modeling

CAE, or Computer Aided Engineering, is a tool that is widely used in engineering projects to analyze the performance of components and assemblies using numerical models. CAE comes with several functionalities and tools such as FEA, CFD, MBD, durability and optimization. CFD is used extensively in many areas of product development. Simulation, as a “virtual testing laboratory,” offers more and deeper insight into complex physical phenomena than tests or measurements. As a result, development goals can be met more quickly and efficiently. Despite advanced numerical simulation methods, the quality of analysis results is still dependent on a variety of factors, one of which is the simulation engineer’s experience. The combination of Fluent and our experience allows us to cover a wide range of problems in the fields of fluid mechanics and thermodynamics.

Durability Analysis

Predicting failure over time is one of the most difficult tasks in the design and development process. It is more difficult to improve a structure’s safety performance if one does not understand how it might fail. Physical testing for all possible failure scenarios can be prohibitively expensive. Durability analysis using finite element models is becoming more common in the design process. The output can now include safe working stresses, warranty claim curves, and the effects of high temperatures, manufacturing processes, and assembly stresses, in addition to fatigue life calculations. Defect characterization, crack initiation and propagation mechanisms, and long-term performance prediction are all part of the durability analysis. They can identify such points early on thanks to durability analysis. Such tests can analyze and improve a design’s structural and cyclic strength. Durability Analysis comprises a variety of study tests for Automobiles, Wind Turbines, Aerospace, Machine and Gears, Industrial Contraptions, Consumer Appliances, and Office Equipments.

NVH Analysis

A noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) study, also called noise and vibrations (N&V), involves studying and modifying the sound and vibration characteristics of vehicles, particularly vehicles that are driven. Unlike noise and vibration, harshness can be measured either through jury evaluations or with analytical tools that provide results reflecting human perceptions. We offer a wide range of flexible and flexible solutions for capturing and analyzing NVH data in the field of noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH), all compliant with international standards and supported by calibration services, to improve Vehicle Verification and Validation Services and its performance, comfort, and brand recognition.

Thermal and Flow Simulation

Thermal analysis for predicting cooling performance of electronics and other heat generating components is one of the most common applications of Flow Simulation today. When compared to traditional hand calculations or FEA-based thermal analysis, where assumptions about airflow must be input in the form of convection coefficients, the ability to simulate heat conduction combined with convective heat transfer generated by airflow over heatsinks and chip packages provides a high degree of confidence in temperatures predicted. We have extensive experience providing detailed thermal analysis to investigate and solve conjugate heat transfer problems. Fluids and gasses can be used to create a wide range of modern products by understanding their thermal properties and how they contribute to convection, conduction, and radiation.
